If any defective product is delivered, it can be returned within 7 days

  • The quality evaluation process may take 2 working days once the item reaches our Warehouse. You will be notified via email. If it is an invalid return, the product will be sent back to you and you will be informed of the reason for return rejection.
  • If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page.
  • This limited warranty will apply to the products. For product defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Brand will provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. TazaBazar will not take any responsibility for the after-sale services.
  • TazaBazar will take the responsibility to get the product serviced from the vendor or the customer may visit the vendor directly as well with the invoice paper to claim the warranty. Please note if any part of the product needs to be replaced for repair under this warranty policy, customers will have to pay for that part.
